David Schultz
Owner
David P. Schultz is the founder and CEO of Window Washing Warriors, a home-service company he launched in 2016 that now operates across multiple Northeastern Alberta communities. Over the past decade, David has built a reputation for exceptional service, strong team culture, and systems that allow small-town businesses to scale sustainably.
A husband to Heather and father of two children, David’s mission is rooted in family, community, and creating economic strength in rural Alberta.
Through hands-on experience—growing a company, hiring teams, acquiring competitors, and learning the hard lessons most entrepreneurs face alone—David discovered a passion for mentorship. Today, he helps young people and local trades and service owners develop the confidence, skills, and structure needed to build successful businesses of their own.
His core philosophy is simple: serve generously, deliver exceptional customer experiences, build systems that last, and raise the standard of business in small communities.
David is committed to investing long-term in the Lakeland region and invites others to join him in building a future that is thriving, growing, and strong.

Jeramy Hudson
Production Manager
Hi, my name is Jeramy, and I’m currently in my third year with Window Washing Warriors. It’s been a great journey so far, and this year I’ve taken a big step forward by moving into a leadership role as the Production Manager. I’m excited to be leading our amazing team and helping to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently on the job site. I’ve always been passionate about learning and growing, and recently I’ve become really interested in entrepreneurship. I’m exploring what it takes to one day start and run my own business, and I’m soaking up as much knowledge as I can along the way.
Outside of work, I’m a family man through and through. I’m happily married and a proud dad to a young daughter, who keeps life fun and full of energy. I love spending quality time with my family—whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a spontaneous weekend adventure. When I get some time to myself, I enjoy playing basketball with my friends. It’s a great way to stay active, blow off some steam, and connect with people. I also have a bit of a travel bug—I love going on road trips around Alberta to discover new places, soak in the scenery, and enjoy all the amazing nature our province has to offer.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two energetic boys who are my number one priority and greatest motivation. When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me reading, riding horses, or spending time in the garden with my boys. I value hard work, resilience, and building something meaningful, whether that’s at home or within our company.
Stephan Andrichuk

I’ve been employed with the Window Washing Warriors for six years and have fallen in love with this summer job. It’s allowed me to travel and enjoy the summer from all over the Lakeland. I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, biking, and even a nice walk through our parks. I’m thankful for the opportunities to learn and grow on the job and help those in our community and surrounding communities. It’s not just about windows washing but the little things requiring a ladder that anyone may need. I’m thankful for the challenges every day that help me grow and learn in new ways to approach any obstacle that comes my way, not just in work but in life. Window washing isn’t my end goal but the support from my employer and team members has allowed me to shape my future and gain valuable experience along the way and for that I am grateful.

Hey there I’m Lucas, I have recently joined the Window Washing Warriors and am very excited for my future working with David and his amazing team! This job is an adequate opportunity for experience in personal ownership and working with people. From this job I aspire to grow and learn how to run my own businesses one day as the freedom to learn as an individual is infinite. Some of my favourite hobbies outside of work would be going golfing with my girlfriend, playing volleyball and watching sports. I have yet to figure out what exactly what kind of business I would like to own but with the 3 year vision/mentorship that this job provides I will be there soon enough!

I started working for the Window Washing Warriors in May of 2022, and it’s a great job. The flexible hours are great because I highly value my free time, and it allows me to better balance work and school. In my free time, I like to play video games, read, and play dungeons and dragons. I adore activities that get the creativity flowing like DnD, writing, and reading. My plan for the future is to go into an apprenticeship to become an electrician and develop games in my spare time using Unity.

Hello, My name is Noah Kucharski. I’m all about people- Interacting and helping others on a personal level is my passion. I’ve made an effort in both my volunteer and hired work to provide the best experience I can, and seek to explore this more in my future where I hope to further my education and find a career in social work. In my spare time I’m surrounded by friends, and devoting myself to music in my singing, collecting instruments and physical media, playing guitar, and performing live. Beyond that I enjoy the outdoors, skateboarding, camping, hiking, and picnics.. I came to window washing warriors excited to work at a company whose core values align with mine, the generosity and care for its workers, truly thoughtful to the customers, and the sense of community it had with both employees and all those in Alberta.
